We collect the following categories of personal data:

- Business data — studio information, artist profiles, booking records, and financial data.
- Client data — booking requests, contact information, communication history, and payment records.

- Content — portfolio images, flash designs, and chat messages.
3. How We Use Data
We process personal data to provide the Platform services, facilitate bookings and payments, enable communication between users, generate analytics and reporting, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. booq.ink does not store full payment card details. We receive and store transaction records, amounts, and status information for business reporting purposes.
5. Data Retention
Upon account deletion: booking records are retained for 5 years (legal requirement), payment records for 10 years (tax compliance), chat messages are deleted after 90 days, and uploaded images after 30 days.
6. Account Deletion
To request deletion of your booq.ink account and associated data:
- Email hello@booqink.com from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject "Account deletion request" and state whether you want your entire account or specific data deleted.
- We will verify the request using your account email and confirm when deletion is complete.
Account and profile data is deleted after verification. Booking records are retained for 5 years where legally required, payment records for 10 years for tax compliance, chat messages for up to 90 days, and uploaded images for up to 30 days. Retained records are restricted to legal and compliance purposes.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
